Strawberry, Banana and Papaya Smoothie

Hi everyone, Maria here! My blog, Spinach for Breakfast, is named after having a green smoothie for breakfast for years. And although I do love my smoothies green, sometimes I want something fruity and super refreshing! This Strawberry, Banana and Papaya Smoothie is not only the perfect pink, but a delicious breakfast or snack. Add vanilla protein powder or hemp seeds to the mix for something a bit more filling. Inspo for this week's recipe came from Odacite’s Bioactive Rose Gommage, which has ingredients including Rose Water, Pineapple, Papaya, and Konjac Root. It’s a natural, non-toxic peel to give you baby soft skin! And since I have been suffering from hyperpigmentation after having my baby a year ago, this is a product that I will definitely be putting into my skincare routine!

Ingredients:

  • 10oz almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3 of frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup of chopped papaya
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein (*optional)

How-To:

Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy x
