International Shipping
The recipient is considered the importer and may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees enforced by the destination country. We are unable to control or predict these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When shipping overseas, customs clearance procedures can delay packages by up to 4 weeks. If you refuse your package upon arrival, we will refund your order once it is returned back to us, less the original shipping cost and any costs incurred by Odacité for return shipping & fees.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Spain and Russia at this time due to regional importing regulations.

P.O. Box              

All orders shipped to a P.O. Box address will be sent via USPS and will take up to 14 days.

Where is my package? It was marked delivered but I didn't receive it. Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but here are some tips to try in the meantime:

  • First check to see if the carrier left a notice of attempted delivery. Sometimes carriers are unable to deliver a package if you aren’t home. They will typically make 3 delivery attempts before returning to sender
  • Look around to see if it was left nearby.
  • See if another member of the household accepted the delivery.
  • If it still has not arrived, please contact your local post office for more assistance (USPS 1-800-222-1811 / FedEx 1-800-463-3339)

For Incorrect/Undeliverable Addresses

Odacité is not responsible for missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.
Customers are also responsible for orders if shipping addresses are entered incorrectly. Please email us immediately if you enter any information incorrectly, and we will do our best to update your order if your order has not been shipped yet.

For International Claims
If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local carrier for more information, as Odacité is unable to file claims on your behalf if your package is sent via USPS First Class International.


We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipping date. If you are returning an opened item, you will be given store credit for the full amount paid for the item - including taxes. If you are returning an unused, unopened item you will be refunded the full amount.

Products purchased on cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our stockists. If you purchased one of our products from another retailer, please submit your return request to them. We will not return or exchange any products not purchased on

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.



Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for individual items that were purchased as part of a bundle, gift set, or package. If you wish to return an item purchased as part of a bundle, you will need to return the entire bundle.

All orders that include a promotional Gift With Purchase must include the gift item with the return if the value of the returning products disqualifies the order from the promotion. If the free gift is not included, the value of the gift will be deducted from the return amount.
