When baked perfectly, kale chips make the perfect crispy healthy chip alternative.
Kale is extremely high in fiber, calcium, iron, vitamins A, C & K and antioxidants and is an excellent anti-inflammatory veggie.
Some tips to keep in mind when making these delicious homemade kale chips:
+Make sure to remove all stems and tear the leaves into large pieces
+A little bit of coconut (or olive) oil goes a long way
+Spread kale pieces into a single layer on large baking sheet
