If you have been feeling the heat like we have in LA all weekend then you are going to enjoy these vegan fruit popsicles made with coconut yogurt (one of our favorites!) They are super simple and easy to make. It only takes a few ingredients and delivers so many beauty benefits!
Raspberries are not only delicious but also brimming with skin benefits, including high in antioxidants (anti-aging), contain anthocyanins that maintain a youthful complexion, and have Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids that fight skin related conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
Rose water is known for its sebum-balancing properties. Topically, rose extract has validated anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties.
Lemon helps rejuvenate skin and heal the body via its vitamin C and antioxidant contents.

Ingredients:
1 cup vegan coconut yogurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon rose water (optional)
A splash of lemon juice
1/2 cup raspberries
How-To:
In a medium bowl mix coconut yogurt, 1tbsp maple syriup, rose water and lemon juice together
In a small saucepan gently simmer raspberries and 1tbsp maple syrup for about 3 minutes (do not stir).
Divide the raspberry mixture between the ice pop molds. Gently tap molds on countertop until raspberries fall to the bottom of the molds.
Fill the rest of the mold with the yogurt mixture. Let them set for about an hour or until completely set.
Remove raspberry yogurt popsicles from the freezer and serve.
