Move over açaí bowls, this week we are enjoying this vibrant Healthy Pitaya Bowl. With its gorgeous pink hue, Dragon fruit makes a beautiful bowl and is packed with healthy goodness. 😍
Native to tropical regions, Dragon fruit is one of the most exotic fruits that contains a multitude of nutrients and vitamins. It also contains prebiotics to help balance the good bacteria in your gut.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen pitaya
¼ cup almond milk or any other liquid of choice
Fresh fruit shredded coconut, almond butter, and/or granola for topping
HOW-TO:
1. Combine all ingredients except for the toppings in a blender. Puree until completely smooth - the mixture should be very thick.
2. Add a touch more liquid if necessary to get it to blend completely smooth.
3. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
