Hi everyone - Maria from Spinach For Breakfast here!
I have a few things I make almost every week. One is a green smoothie for breakfast and the other is overnight oats! It’s one of my favorite recipes to make a big batch of and have as a part of my breakfast or a snack throughout the week. Not only is oatmeal a healthy well to fill up, but it also has amazing skin benefits. It is known to be super soothing, and can help reduce redness, irritation and discomfort. Hence why moms stick their kids in oatmeal baths for poison ivy :) Now back to the recipe...it is so simple to make, delicious and customizable. My favorite toppings to use right now are chia seeds, fruit and nut butter!
See recipe below xx

1 1/2 cups of quick oats

1. Place all the ingredients into a medium container/serving dish and stir until combined.
2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
3. Top with fruit, nuts, nut butter, yogurt, or anything else you'd like!
