Citrus Pomegranate Salad

This amazing raw citrus pomegranate salad is loaded with Vitamin C, lycopene and antioxidants to ward off wrinkles and ensure smooth and healthy skin.

INGREDIENTS

2 Blood Oranges
2 Pink grapefruit, 
3 Oranges
1 Pomegranate 
Fresh Mint
1.5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (Optional)
1/4 cup Olive Oil (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS

1. De-seed pomegranate

2. Arrange orange and grapefruit slices on a large platter.

3. Top with freshly chopped mint and pomegranate seeds.

4. Whisk together apple cider vinegar and olive oil then drizzle over fruit.
