In a rush to get to the office, gym, or wherever? Throw these delicious ingredients into your blender for a quick treat that gives you energy for the whole day.
Ingredients:
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (or if you love peanut butter, go for it)1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon of water
1 banana
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 pitted date
½ cup of raspberries
½ cup of coconut yogurt
How To:
Blitz raspberries and water separately and set to one side, along with the coconut yogurt. Blend the remaining ingredients until thick and smooth. Pour your yummy smoothie into a to-go cup if you’re on the go, or enjoy slowly in your favorite mug.
If your kitchen is out of one of the ingredients, you can substitute the fruits with other berries of your liking. Coconut milk and yogurt can be switched with any other milk (dairy or non-dairy) of your preference as well.
