One of our not-so-guilty guilty pleasures are these baked sweet potato fries. The secret is in the oil. Why? We use Safflower Oil, one of our key ingredients in the Montana Harvest Omega Oil Cleanser. Freshly pressed at one of the first Organic farms in Montana, this Safflower Oil is a healthier alternative to conventional oils as it has an oleic-acid content normally between 80% and 83%, one of the highest of all cooking oils on the market, giving it stability for high-temperature cooking. This also contributes to lowering bad (LDL) cholesterol and maintaining good (HDL) cholesterol.

Ingredients:
2 Large Sweet Potatoes
Safflower Oil
1 Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
½ Tsp Rosemary
½ Tsp Thyme
1 Tbsp Freshly Chopped Parsley
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks (¼-½ inch wide).
3. Spread the sweet potatoes in a thin layer into a baking pan. Drizzle with oil & add spices/herbs.
4. Bake for 15 minutes and then flip potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes.
