INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, or your favorite vegan alternative
½ cup frozen acai fruit
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ frozen medium banana
¼ cup coconut water
2 tablespoons fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons granola
HOW-TO:
- Add Greek yogurt, frozen acai, blueberries, banana, raspberries and coconut water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serve in bowls with favorite toppings (fresh blueberries, a mixture of grains and seeds, or granola) with a drizzle of sweetener of choice.
